By default, the camera will send a notification via the BIOTA app when the remaining battery is below 20%. Users can change the low battery threshold by following these steps: 1. Open the BIOTA app. 2. Select the desired battery camera from the list of devices connected to the account. 3. On the live stream page, tap the three-dot icon (...) in the top right corner. 4. Tap the 'Power Management Settings' option under the 'Advanced Settings' category. 5. Under the 'Set the low battery alarm threshold' option, change the battery threshold to the desired number.

BIOTA outdoor smart camera devices are IP65 certified. The smart camera is fully protected from dust and water spray.

But with the installation point that is generally parallel to eye level because it must be within reach of humans, the Smart Doorbell Wireless has the potential to have blind spots compared to CCTV installed in a position with a more optimal viewing angle.

Smart Doorbell Wireless Installation Location Requirements 1. Make sure the surface is flat enough so that the Smart Doorbell Wireless bracket does not hang when installed. 2. Although there are no specific requirements for the type of material on the surface, make sure the surface is stable enough for screw installation on the bracket. 3. Make sure the Smart Doorbell Wireless is still within the range of the wifi network. 4. Position the Smart Doorbell Wireless at a height of about 1.5 meters from the floor or ground. Smart Doorbell Wireless already has an IP65 protection standard and is fully protected from dust and rainwater splashes so it can be installed in open spaces without any problems.

BIOTA Smart Doorbell Wireless is equipped with a Wireless Chime that will sound when the bell is pressed. Each Smart Doorbell Wireless unit can only be used with one Wireless Chime, and BIOTA does not provide additional Wireless Chime devices.

How to recharge the battery on the Smart Doorbell Wireless: 1. Remove the camera from the bracket using the provided L-key. Please note that the bracket does not need to be removed from the wall. 2. On the side of the camera, open the rubber cover to access the micro USB port. 3. Plug the power adapter and the provided micro USB cable into a power source to recharge the doorbell battery.
