Smart Air Purifier BIOTA uses HEPA Filter H13 which effectively filters 99.97% of pollutants measuring 0.3 micrometers, the most difficult type of air pollutant to capture. HEPA Filter has a higher level of efficiency for pollutants larger or smaller than 0.3 micrometers.

Yes, users are free to use the Smart Air Purifier for 24 hours if the air quality at home requires the use of the device. The Smart Air Purifier provides a Sleep Mode where the device will adjust the fan speed so as not to disturb sleep. But BIOTA warns that prolonged use of the Smart Air Purifier can increase the frequency of maintenance or filter replacement.

The BIOTA Smart Air Purifier can purify air with 360-degree coverage, so it is recommended to position the device as close as possible to the center of the room with the operating panel facing upwards.

By detecting PM 2.5 levels (pollutants with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers and below) in the air, the Smart Air Purifier can determine the air quality in a room using the following indicator colors: Blue: Healthy air quality. Brown: Unhealthy air quality. Red: Very unhealthy air quality.

The frequency of filter replacement will depend on the ambient air quality and the intensity of use of the Smart Air Purifier. BIOTA recommends replacing the filter every 6 months. Replacement filters can be purchased at BIOTA device sales channels.

To maintain efficiency and extend the filter's usage time, BIOTA recommends users to clean the filter on the Smart Air Purifier every 3 to 4 weeks. Use a soft brush to clean dust and dirt that sticks. The use of water is highly discouraged because it can reduce the efficiency of the HEPA Filter.

The noise level of the Smart Air Purifier is greatly affected by the fan speed used. Check whether the device is currently on the 'Turbo' setting, and lower the fan speed to a comfortable level.
