Product Warranty Terms
Every BIOTA product purchased through official sales channels has a one (1) year warranty with the following terms & conditions: Customers return the product for which they wish to claim the warranty to the BIOTA service center. If damage is found to the BIOTA product according to the customer's complaint, an attempt will be made to repair it first. If the repair process is unsuccessful, BIOTA will replace the problematic unit with a new unit. The warranty does not apply to claims for replacing a new unit if: The unit has been disassembled by the user The shape and color have changed due to the user's intention Damage caused by user error or use that is not in accordance with the product's instructions for use The unit is submerged in water due to user error The unit connection is cut not in accordance with the product's instructions for use The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the user, and the shipping costs for the replacement or repaired product are borne by BIOTA. Check the location of the service center before filling out the form (Google Form) below correctly and completely. BIOTA Device Unit Installation Requirements (for private homes)
BIOTA provides additional installation services for BIOTA devices that can be done up to 30 days after purchasing the unit. Scheduling will be done after purchasing the installation service. Installation will be scheduled 2 to 4 working days after purchase, depending on the available schedule. Installation services include standard services and materials. If the installation requires materials or services outside the standard, an additional fee will be charged which the user can pay directly to the technician. Installation equipment such as ladders, drills, and other supporting equipment will be prepared by the technician. The coverage of the installation service for all areas is a maximum of 30 km (depending on conditions). If it exceeds the coverage of the installation service, an additional fee will be charged starting from IDR 50,000. We accept requests for device installation in apartment buildings, flats, or offices at an additional cost. For more information, please contact BIOTA Customer Service at (+62) 821 2579 0790. Especially for locations managed by third parties (apartment buildings, offices, or others); preparation of the Work Permit is the user's responsibility and must be provided before the technician visits. The technician has the right to reschedule if the Work Permit has not been prepared. Other costs from the management are the responsibility of the customer. Users and technicians MUST provide photo evidence before & after installation to BIOTA Customer Service. The installation warranty is valid for 3 months including services & transportation if there is an installation error by the technician. If it has passed the warranty period, a transportation fee of IDR 100,000/visit will be charged. The warranty does not apply if the error in use by the user is outside the product usage instructions. Users MUST provide a five-star (5) review if they want to get an installation warranty claim.
