The device reset button is the Smart Switch button itself. You can make the device enter reset mode by long pressing the button for 5-6 seconds. After that, the power indicator light will flash.

Why is there no reset button on my Smart Switch?
What is the difference between a smart switch with a neutral wire and a smart switch with a device without a neutral wire?
Both are smart switches that function the same. To use the BIOTA Smart Switch, you need a neutral wire at the switch position on the wall. For most devices in the home, only the power cord is provided without a neutral wire.
Note: Before purchasing and installing, please confirm whether there is a neutral wire in your home electrical line.
If Wifi is off, will the smart switch stay on?
Yes, the smart switch will stay on.
Why should you use a neutral cable?
Neutral Cable functions as a power distributor, both for wifi, system, led, and touch screen. So without Neutral Cable, Smart Switch will not work.
