Why are the device power consumption statistics in the App inaccurate or have errors?
Please check in the following way:
1. If the device is offline due to network reasons, the device's power consumption will not be calculated normally during the device's offline period.
2. The voltage and current data statistics on the Application are the input voltage and input current of the device. And the power displayed on the Application is the output power of the device (the operating power of the device).
3. Since most of the input power will be converted into other energy, the output power must be less than the input power.
4. Since the electricity bill is calculated based on the input voltage and input current, what we display in the App is the input voltage and input current.
Why when I control the brightness of the light, I set the brightness below 25% and the light turns off?
This is because the lowest brightness value specified by most lamps is 25%. So when you set the brightness of the lamp below 25%, the lamp will turn off (some lamps support brightness reduction below 25%, but the lamp will flicker, and this will cause permanent damage to the lamp itself).
Can I control the device remotely?
When you are away from home, Smart Plug can help you turn off all your household electrical appliances with just one tap on the app.
