1. What happens to the smart camera when the power is cut off?
Wired cameras will turn off when the power is cut off, such as during a power outage or blackout, and will automatically turn back on when the power is restored.

2. Is the BIOTA smart camera waterproof?
BIOTA indoor smart camera devices are designed for indoor use only, and do not have dust or water protection certification.

Although the device can still function outdoors, users are advised to be wise when using BIOTA devices. For outdoor use, BIOTA provides outdoor smart camera devices with dust and water protection.

3. What happens to the smart camera when the power is cut off?

4. How to activate Private Mode on smart camera?
In order to maintain user privacy, the BIOTA smart camera already has a Private Mode feature. When activating this feature, the camera will stop recording, and the sound and movement notification features and two-way audio cannot be accessed.

Private Mode can be activated via the BIOTA application by following these steps:
1. Open the BIOTA application.
2. Select the desired camera from the list of smart devices that are connected to the account.
3. On the live stream page, tap the (↑) icon in the bottom right corner.
4. In the 'Features' tab, tap the 'Private Mode' icon.
5. The camera will automatically stop recording.
6. To wake up the camera again, tap the 'Turn on the camera' button on the screen.

5. Why are the night recordings from smart cameras black and white?
For BIOTA smart cameras that already support color night vision, make sure that the settings in the BIOTA application are correct by following the following steps.
1. Open the BIOTA application.
2. Select the desired camera from the list of devices connected to the account.
3. On the live stream page, tap the arrow icon (↑) in the bottom right corner.
4. In the 'Features' tab, tap the 'Night Vision' icon.
5. Switch the setting to 'Smart Mode' to automatically activate color night vision in dark conditions. If you use the 'Night Mode' setting, the camera will record black and white videos at night.
