1. Why are the night recordings from smart cameras black and white?
For BIOTA smart cameras that already support color night vision, make sure that the settings in the BIOTA application are correct by following the following steps.
1. Open the BIOTA application.
2. Select the desired camera from the list of devices connected to the account.
3. On the live stream page, tap the arrow icon (↑) in the bottom right corner.
4. In the 'Features' tab, tap the 'Night Vision' icon.
5. Switch the setting to 'Smart Mode' to automatically activate color night vision in dark conditions. If you use the 'Night Mode' setting, the camera will record black and white videos at night.

2. How long is the battery life of the BIOTA smart camera?

3. Does the BIOTA smart camera have a low battery warning?
By default, the camera will send a notification via the BIOTA app when the remaining battery is below 20%. Users can change the low battery threshold by following these steps:
1. Open the BIOTA application.
2. Select the desired battery camera from the list of devices already connected to the account.
3. On the live stream page, tap the three-dot icon (...) in the top right corner.
4. Tap the 'Power Management Settings' option under the 'Advanced Settings' category.
5. In the 'Set the low battery alarm threshold' option, change the battery threshold to the desired number.

4. How to recharge the battery on a smart camera?
How to recharge the battery on Smart Camera Battery Fixed:
1. Remove the camera from the bracket. Note that the bracket does not need to be removed from the wall.
2. On the back of the camera, open the rubber cover located on the bottom to access the USB-C port.
3. Plug the power adapter and USB-C cable into a power source to recharge the camera battery.
